This registration is for substitute players who are subbing in for Summit Leagues or for rental users of the Summit Courts at ActivityPlex.
Select 'individual', and then sign in to your Summit Sports account or create a new one. Please complete the online registration to submit your waiver, which needs to be submitted each season.
You will not be required to make payment in order to register as a substitute. Please ignore the dates and times listed.
Minimum age to play in Summit Leagues or make use of Summit rental faciltiies is 18 years of age. Anyone found to be falsifying their age could result in the entire booking being revoked with no refund.
To complete the process, remove the app from your Facebook settings.
